" I don't know why AT&T wants to own the majority of cable access in the US...I mean weren't they already broken up because they were a monopoly? So if they wind up with Media One you can bet your bottom dollar that the feds will FORCE AT&T to allow isps like AOL and other to access those lines and offer their services through them...either way it's a win situation for AOL...I say let AT&T win the battle, they're only gonna lose the war....AGAIN. " Yes, you are absolutely right. IMO
