There has been a recent surge in REIT buying, some caused by the news that Warren Buffet took a position in Town & Country, an apartment REIT. I also think there are some great buys out there right now. I have been following another "triple net" REIT, TRI, that appears to be valued 20% below the actual value of the real estate.
