New here and not a shareholder yet. I followed ztect over from the PNLK thread awhile ago and have been trying to get up to speed with this company and story. One question regarding the push to put Marty on the BOD. Since the lawyers would not let Marty post if a member, isn't it likely that they would also require him to take some sort of confidentiality oath or agreement that would, in effect, neutralize his effectiveness as a valuable conduit of information? What is it that Marty could do on the board that would be more valuable than what he's doing now? I would just be afraid that; along with that big leather director's chair comes a big leather muzzle. Marty is certainly well respected by the shareholders on this thread and by all accounts is well deserving of that respect. It just seems that, were he to become a board member, his first loyalty would have to be to the company. They would require it. I'm really not trying to ruffle any feathers here. I look forward to Marty's posts and I applaud his energy and enthusiasm. I would miss him and think this thread would be the poorer. Back to the bleachers now. David
