it will take your Internet access AND phone with it... Whoa. That's bad. I'd complain very loudly to GTE. I've had DSL since October from USWest. I've never lost POTS. Lost DSL only once for about 3 hours. I've lost the ISP's DHCP server 3 or 4 times. So... Milage may vary.
