Seth you are right. I was pointing out the fact that Franklin didn't give any indication of an AMEX listing, touted the Nasdaq. Franklin is also the one who put out the PR on Fnet IPO. Not us threadsters, and they haven't kept us informed where we are with the IPO. As Bruce stated we may miss the bus. Plenty of IPO's not making any profit. Mike
