I suspect that the problems you listed here really need to go to the
CEO, maybe John Young?

... any update on the proxies, CALPERS, etc?

I haven't offered mine up yet, but the last CEO postponment almost has me convinced to 'oust' somebody. I'd like to have some idea of what to do about the vacancy we'd create first though.
