Rick,

While your points are are good. I also disagree with some of them. I believe there is an economy of scale at work here. Once designed and implemented effectively, an internet site or marketing plan doesn't need to be completely redesigned for the next client. Granted new ideas will need to be added to "customize" the service for the future clients, but there is residual value in what has been designed already.

As the company grows and adds rev's, I think you'll see this economy at work.

P.S. I' rather own USWB than an EBAY or AMZN, it's their valuations that are scary.
