Rocky, have you ever taken a course in statistics? I would venture to guess that you don't have a statistically valid sample here. Do you treat all of your purchases like this one, i.e., if you buy something and it doesn't work, you never buy something from that company again? If so, I'd take any bet that you don't drive a car. Did you contact Iomega about the bad disk? Did you go back to where you got it from? Did you do ANYTHING that rational people usually do when they get a bad example of a product? Did you take the first disk out before you inserted the second?
