CNBC has mentioned the deal twice now, and the bid price pre-open is 20-3/4 at 9AM. I don't think we can entirely dismiss the possibility that there will be other offers. We have a date of May 14th for the tender offer, and in that time other offers can be made, though hopefully they should be made quickly, to deter people from tendering to Phillips. It will take a few days at least for the shareholders to receive the new tender offer, and in that time, maybe new offers will be made. We can discount anything Phillips has to say, since they also said they wouldn't raise their offer above 17. Whatever they say is geared to advance their own interests and isn't necessarily honest. What happens if you don't tender your shares and they still get the required minimum? Linda
