FineLine Properties.Com has been a public company for less than 6 months. The company is a cartoon developer and
licensing company that merchandises their products via t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, etc. During that time the company has
experienced some dramatic price swings due to it's extremely low available float. Back in January '99, the stock ran up to $16.00
per share for a brief moment on news of an upcoming e-commerce site. That site has been delayed on more than a few
ocassions, but is expected to open for business on Wednesday, May 5th.

It is the opinion of TBBB that with the site to be a reality shortly, now is a excellent time to get in on a ground floor of this 10-year
old company. The company has been able to hire some of the most talented artists and innovative minds in the industry. It is not
out of the realm of possibilty that the company can partner (contracted with Marvel Entertainment in February for 20% of all
revenues that Marvel takes in from FineLine characters) or even be bought out by one of the larger players in the industry.
Further information on FNLN can be found at ibchannel.com,
wallstreetreporter.com (interview), and internetstockmarket.com.

One word of caution: This stock has an exteremely low float and will be volatile. Currently the stock has a very wide
spread (.56 x .81). The company is not a reporting company at this time and no sales figures have been released in
the past. The risks are many, but that's why it's a high risk/high reward issue. Disclosure of Purchase on the open
market: The TBBB accumulated 1,800 shares on Friday, April 30, 1999 with an average cost of $0.76. TBBB has
not received any financial compensation from FNLN, nor does TBBB have any affiliation with the company.

Other tidbits on FNLN:
