SAN JOSE, Calif., May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- WelcomeTo Search Engine, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: WKWG - news) a leader in the development of integrated Internet business directories and e-commerce solutions, today announced its partnership with high-tech public relations firm, Brodeur Porter Novelli. Brodeur will develop a strategic consumer and industry campaign targeted at small businesses and consumers to promote WelcomeTo's regional business portals and e-commerce development tools. The company began beta testing of its portal on March 31, 1999 in the Vancouver, British Columbia region. A full product launch and North American rollout is anticipated in early Q3.
