Sure, his consent would be needed. I was just reminded of
what my counterparts used to say when I worked for a Japanese
company, that "in America everything is for sale at the right
price". Or when owner decides to smell the roses. Often
both coincide.

I am not suggesting this is the case here, just wondering given
the trend in the industry. By the way Ray Thomson's large holding
is one reason I like the stock, both from his commitment and
supply/demand aspects
