If you are receiving this then you are a current
or former FlexQuote customer. As many of you know
service of late has been less than exemplary. You
may also know that this company has been undergoing some major changes of late. These
changes promise to provide FlexQuote with the
resources needed to further develop FlexQuote and
make it the best and most affordable on-line quote
system on the market.

The company has recently announced that it plans
to offer a two-tiered system that includes quotes
and add-on tools including Neuropro commentaries,
as well as expanded historical information and
analysis capabilities. Unfortunately implementing
these changes has resulted in some disruptions of
service.

I have made it clear to new management that these
problems are unacceptable and have suggested that
it is important that the company redress these.
Consequently the company has authorized me to
offer a refund to all customers for the month of
February. Furthermore the company has decided that
until such time as we can guarantee reliable
service, NO FURTHER CHARGES WILL BE MADE. In other
words FlexQuote will remain a free service for the
time being. Before anyone is billed again they
will be notified at least 15 days before hand to
insure that they indeed wish to continue the
service. For those who have paid ahead of time for
a year, your account will be credited for the free
period. Those who wish a refund should contact me.

In the meantime new users or users installing new
copies will need to contact us for account
activation after the initial 15 day trial. Old
users who wish to re-activate an old or newly-downloaded copy should also contact us to
insure that they can use the FREE FlexQuote.
Anyone who has cancelled their account in the last
30 days should contact us to insure that they
receive their refund.

I expect further detailed news in the days to come
and will do my best to insure that our customers
are kept informed as the situation develops.
