First off, I've been following this thread from the beginning and
I'd like to thank you guys for all your informative and helpful
contributions.

A few things that are still unclear to me is when might news be released.
Ron, you mentioned that IPJ might release news on the 3 drill holes
by the end of February. Michael, you mentioned it may be 2-3 weeks
from Feb 25 according to IPJ. I know that Indomin is waiting to drill
on several very exciting targets until their 6th generation COWs are
"signed". IPJ has only "initialled" 7th generation COWs and have begun
drilling. I read somewhere on the Bre-X thread that 6th generation
COWs will likely be signed during a Indonesia event at the end of
March. Indomin appears to be more conservative possibly because its
property is directly north of Busang. Would it not seem prudent for IPJ
to wait until after March (or until their COWs are signed) to release
news on the S-fault drill holes, especially if they are truly
spectacular and in light of the Bre-X travesty? If IPJ delays
the S-fault news, would this neccessarily cause the DAYK buyout news
to be delayed? Please provide any clarification or corrections.

Has it been determined who owns the 5 km portion of the
S-fault not owned by IPJ?

Also, any idea when it would be reasonable to expect news on IPJ's
au-cu property in the Phillipines?

Regards

Ron Scheele
