It is so encouraging to know that my feeble attempts to communicate meet with your approval. Unfortunately, you don't know the facts.
1. There are at least 141 million shares outstanding as anyone who bothered to read the S-1 can see. In addition, depending on the conversion price of the last two series of preferred, there may be a lot more shares that will have to be issued. Thus, my estimate of the $500 millin market capitalization may well be conservative.
2.You are wrong. Most of the losses were incurred by JTS to bring the net worth close to zero.
3.Sales are not the issue. It is easy to sell products below cost.
The market will decide who needs to wake up and who will end in a nightmare. It's your money.
