Subj: Please NO HYPE or SPEC Date: 97-03-04 18:25:13 EST From: MicrocapCC A number of you have begun to guesstimate or speculate or exaggerate about the future of GRNO. It's fine to dream as long as you don't state your dreams as facts. Someone claimed they knew the 1st quarter earnings for 1997 - and the audit hasn't even started. Some of you are "releasing" "information" on deals, contracts, etc. that of which even Bill is not aware. And, some of you are "releasing", based on what Bill may have said he is negotiating, meeting on or anticipating, as fact. Please, please don't. This only creates disappointment in the market if your dreams are taken as fact and don't come true and negatively effects the stock. And if your dreams do come true - then it is expected and may not have the positive impact on the stock you had hoped. Remember, it's never a done deal until the ink has dried. Please, please help us, help Bill, help the GRNO shareholders and deal in the facts as facts not dreams as facts. Spencer Maus Microcap Consulting
