Out of all the players I think AOL has the most to lose. Their entire business model depends on end user connectivity. Trend is toward cable connections from modem; they need a deal like this to survive. AT&T will just become a behemoth after this (again). Hopefully MSFT/Comcast win this thing; go MSFT go.
