David M. I did state before that I have no disrespect toward Mr. Greenspan. My concern is his wording of things. We all know what two words that come out of his mouth can do. Should one man be able to manipulate the market by his opinion alone? Many people in this thread have stated that his job is not providing his personal opinions about the stock market but his job is dealing with the nations monetary issues. I agree with that. As for a replacement? I have no idea, but Would George Bush, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter or Gerald Ford necessarily make a better decision than Clinton? That get's real political and I personally don't want to get into a big political discussion here.. Derek
