But Marcus, no one seems to care, at least from the lack of interest in the stock as I view the trading. It appears to trade less than 40,000 shs per day and there is no price improvement.

If no one has any interest, these side deals have no perceived benefit.

I guess I want to know the answer to the big question: When will the market react with interest and when can stock holders expect a price improvement?
