So you think this "practically a billionaire" took out a $1.9 million loan to pay for his stock? Why wouldn't he just buy it if he has billions. Also even if he has to give back the stock, he still has to pay the difference in what it's worth. Have you ever stopped to think that there's not much you can say during "NON-DISCLOSURE" contracts otherwise they would be called disclosure contracts. We're all a little testy about the stock price, but isn't this just what those stock manipulator's are hoping for. If Ampex wins the lawsuit and puts $15M (? just a guess)back into the company and the stock price stays the same, I suppose that's their fault too! This is Wall Street and this is how the game is played. If it was easy we'd all be billionaires. Trust your instincts, do whats best for you and live with it!
