The insider buying is a rather startling figure which might be meaningless or highly meaningful. I strongly suspect these purchases have something to do with employee stock options. To understand what this means, we'd need to know 1) are these people holding or selling and 2) if they are holding, are they obligated to hold for a certain period? If anyone knows the answer to this, I'd love to hear it. If employees or directors are actually voluntarily buying or holding stock, I might get some.
