A little action in WARP today, her's why.

AdsGallery.com is the Leading online Showcase for Rich Media Advertising

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, May 3 /CNW-PRN/ - Warp 10 Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: WARP, CDN:
WARP) - publisher of leading web sites for ad agencies, brand managers, and the creative community,
announced today that IBM has chosen adsGallery.com as a key showcase for HotMedia. The
announcement was made at the AdTech conference in San Francisco, where both IBM and Warp 10
were promoting the relationship to the public.

Armando Garcia, vice president of Internet media at IBM, explained why adsGallery.com was seen as a
strategic venue for HotMedia: ''We want to educate the creative community about the benefits of using
HotMedia in their advertisements and catalogs. As a leading showcase of great advertising, the
adsGallery.com site targets one of our most important creative communities.''

HotMedia allows developers to take merchandising on the Web to a much higher standard of
interactivity and visitor involvement. For example, HotMedia allows shoppers to view a sweater from
a 360 degree perspective and zoom in for a close, high resolution look at the cashmere material. This
increases the likelihood of a sale, making it a tremendous asset for e-business. The same approach is
being used to provide richer Web experiences through ad banners, navigational toolbars and other Web
elements.

The adsGallery.com site provides a searchable directory of thousands of major agencies and
independent designers, and showcases hundreds of portfolios of advertising campaigns. Individuals and
agencies who exhibit their work in adsGallery.com are able to upload their work directly, and modify
their portfolios and company information in a secure, password protected environment. The site is free
for both exhibitors and visitors.

Marvin Igelman, President and CEO of Warp 10 is delighted that IBM is working with adsGallery.com
to showcase HotMedia: ''What attracted us to Hotmedia is that it enables ad agencies, designers, and
multimedia artists to create truly interactive Web experiences simply and powerfully, without requiring
plug-ins or any special technology. This fits perfectly with our mission to showcase great advertising
and commercial creative work.''

IBM and Warp 10 also disclosed their intention to work together on additional programs to drive the
visibility and adoption of HotMedia within the worldwide creative community.

With the announcement, adsGallery.com will begin accepting the upload and presentation of HotMedia
content at the site, and will include an ever improving editorial section that will highlight the benefits
and uses of HotMedia, along with other content of interest to both the creative and business community.
