The
Special Units will be issued and sold at a price of $6.50 per
Special Unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the company of
$20,150,000. The transaction is subject to regulatory and is
scheduled to close on or about May 10, 1999.

Subject to adjustment in certain events, each Special Unit will
entitle the holder to acquire, for no additional consideration,
one Common Share and one-half of one Common Share Purchase
Warrant of the company. Each Purchase Warrant will be exercisable
to acquire one Common Share at a price of $10.00 for a period
ending 16 months following the Closing Date."

This will stop the price from climbing for awhile, trading range could be $7 - $10 range for awhile. IMO only. Correct me if you feel differently. Of coarse if there is a great news release anything could happen.
