Mr. Allen,

<<The answer is that those who feel aggrieved generally tend to be better motivated to make sure their agenda is followed.>>

And where you find grief you find expensive lawyers, ipso facto.

The twin dynamics of this company seem to center on stock promotion issues vs precious metal production issues and the dominant camps seem to be divided accordingly. Bob Gardner clearly represents the latter and Jimmy John the former. Since Mr. John at some point may be forbidden to officially to participate directly in Board or Executive positions of any Canadian companies, wisdom would indicate he align his efforts with others'. Thus the association with Fr. Gregory's group.

But why dump Mr. Gardner from management's slate? And why did Fr. Gregory react so? The answer probably has something to do with the promotion vs. production situation and Mr. Gardner's possible swing vote on the board.

What ever it was, anything that diminishes Mr. Gardner's position in this company bodes no good as far as I can see.

Henry, thanks for the heads up. I'll make sure someone with cable records it for me.
