THE QUINTO MINING CORPORATION ("The Company") is pleased to announce that it's Exchange Offering Prospectus has been receipted by the British Columbia Securities Commission.

The Exchange Offering Prospectus has been amended as follows:

The guaranteed minimum financing amount has increased from the original amount of $500,000 to the new guaranteed minimum amount of $750,000.
The maximum amount has increased from the original figure of $1,000,000 to the new maximum amount of $1,200,000.
The proceeds from the financing will be used to complete the Company's mill facility located in Lumby, British Columbia. Upon completion of the mill, the Company will begin processing the ore from our stockpiles at the mine site. Currently we have an estimated nine months supply of ore already stockpiled. The Company expects to have the mill in operation within 3 ½ - 4 months from completion of the financing.

We recognize the importance a strong marketing program plays in the successful sales of industrial minerals. Therefore, The Quinto Mining Corporation will endeavour to implement it's marketing plan well in advance of the commercial operations.

The management of the Company would like to thank Global Securities for their continued support of our project.

Finally, we wish to express our sincere gratitude to all of our shareholders who have remained supportive of the Company.
