His board authorized the strategies that have lead to CPQ's downfall. IMO, you are right that not all the bad news is out. CPQ is riding at a 52 week low. Wait until the value investors in the tech sector abandon ship -- CPQ could easily move on down into the teens and maybe lower. Stock prices are based on future expectations. Right now CPQ is like a sinking ship without a rudder ..!! Just my views. Yet, I think Fund Managers are starting to realize this. There are always a few slow learners. Regards, Scott
