Grant, Do you understand the incenitives that a company has for using a pooling of interest when making an acquisition? Does this allow the companies involved in the acquisition to combine or "pool" earnings/revenues instead of the newly acquired company only contributing after the acquisition? It would seem to me that if this is the only issue (and I don't know) that we could expect to see past earnings/revenues restated if those acquisitions could not be pooled, but "true" earnings/revenues of the company would not have changed.

Definitely not one of my better days, but if the issue just boils down to past earnings/revenues being restated because of an accounting change, I don't think that this is fatal. We shall see.

James
