Lab - I've owned the stock on and off (mostly on) for at least 15 years. I got out, for example, once to pay for a kitchen remodelling. At other times, I've taken some profits and/or moved the money elsewhere to avoid concentration. On still others, I figured (wrongly as well as rightly, depending on which time) that product cycles suggested lightening up. Speaking only for myself, I am pleased with what I see as a company with prospects for longterm, steady growth and a nice series of upcoming products. SBL no longer has the precipitous rises or the heartpounding falls of, for example, some internet stocks - a couple of which I own, BTW, so I *can* get excited - but I own it for growth, not for excitement or a large STCG, so that's a good thing, not a bad one.
