Rocketman, if you prefer:

I have no finalized agreements with Mr. Chin or Digitcom -DGIV- except the posibility of being a minor shareholder (aprox. 5%) in a spanish venture if it ever comes to fruition.

There is a possibility for me to try to generate business in the southern cone of Latin America, but I am overworked at present and feel I cannot give it my best.

There are no written agreements between Digitcom and or its officers with me or any Co. where I am an officer or a shareholder. I have no written agreement with them.

The only verbal agreement I have is that what I mentioned about the spanish venture.

I own 91,650 shares with an average price of $3.27. My total position at it "highest" was 94,650 shares. This means I sold a total of 3,000 shares.

As I wrote many months ago, I "burnt the ships" with DGIV. I intend to stay with DGIV until it "blooms". And if it does not, well tough sh*t on me for investing in it.

I have come forward with my DGIV position, now it is your turn: how many times did you buy and sell DGIV, and when .....
