Joe, There may be a few more than "hundreds" unless it is their first one. With God's grace my Wife and I have ran (or walked) several races. Each year "the Race" grows by so much in Denver it is truly amazing. So don't trust hundreds. If every person who is going called a friend or two the number would grow. When I went to my first "Race for the Cure", I kept thinking how all those women with pink hats has been through what my Wife had. A whole army of brave souls walking tall. Powerful stuff. Then I thought how much breast cancer effects a family as for each woman there, there was a husband, sister, brother, aunt , uncle, father etc., and there were children, lots of children. Breast cancer hits a lot of Moms. I will be interested to know what impressions the race makes on you and your Wife. I hope you share them here. Thanks again for joining the battle.
