RE SB-2a....I got to thinking and discussing MS comments to TMan. Client Contracts are not disclosed in an SB2. So the logic of a contract needing to be added was perplexing. I called FNTN for quick clarification. The contract that is being added is from the business side, not the client side. Of course, they did not describe the contract but the business side could mean alliances, providers, etc. This kind of contract has to be added to make the SB2 fully descriptive of the company at the time of the amendment. They are required to make this update. Hope this helps. BHunt
