Why?

If this is Chapter 11, I believe there are 60 days within which the debtors have to settle their debts... we're not there yet, and when we are, the company could convert to Chapter 7 dissolution.

In my experience -- from buying shares distressed companies, and watching them die rather than recover -- companies in which there is a hope of recovery typcially trade around 50 cents.

RECQ has been giving an excellent impression of a corpse ever since the Company got delisted by (do I have this right?) simply not providing the extra information NASDAQ requested, even though a meeting was scheduled.
