Stewart: I would strongly contend that NO serious eBay seller would take $500 to switch to Amazon and never go back to eBay. I think you would be VERY hard pressed to find anyone selling dozens of items per week on eBay who would abandon the service in favor of Amazon. Casual sellers - yes, they may very well accept the $500, but eBay's success is due largely to serious sellers, many of them whose business is now being run off eBay. --Doug
