Grant, Thanks for the input and will look forward to hearing what more you have to add. One thing that I was pondering, is the fact that the SEC has been closely looking at DCI for an extended period of time due to the planned Wavetech merger. It would seem logical to me, that given the close scrutiny DCI has been under that we would see some action on any concerns the SEC might have dug up. While the suspension is not a positive, I am somewhat relieved that the pooling of interest question is apparently the only issue the SEC has with us...otherwise would they have not combined any other issues with the announcement this AM? It's pretty obvious that DCI must not have known the halt was coming, or surely the timing of the excellent press release that came out would have been different. As to what will happen when our stock reopens?? Boy that is a hard call, but I plan to scare up a few $$ in case there is a major pullback, though realistically I own plenty of this one now. I am somewhat encouraged by the fact that when the 30 million $ lawsuit was announced recently that our stock actually went up and there was no panic selling. I assume that as time passes and more details come out that we will have a better picture of what to expect.
