Seems like people are either selling now because they expected the news you were referring to or just another "buy the rumor, sell the news" situation. If it is the latter, it is something I still don't understand to this day. Why do you sell when you receive definitively good news? What has made you less confident in the stock? Totally illogical, if you ask me and I expect a quick rebound.
