I have no finalized agreements with Mr. Chin or Digitcom -DGIV- except the posibility of being a minor shareholder (aprox. 5%) in a spanish venture if it ever comes to fruition. There is a possibility for me to try to generate business in the southern cone of Latin America, but I am overworked at present and feel I cannot give it my best.
Thank you for that disclosure. I am not a lawyer, but that might be enough to qualify you as a promoter. Sorry to hear you are overworked. Perhaps if you spent less time attacking me, and more time in "trying to generate business" for Digitcom, you would be more successful.
I have come forward with my DGIV position, now it is your turn: how many times did you buy and sell DGIV, and when .....
My non-existent position with Digitcom is easy to explain. But since it takes you some time to "get it," I will repeat it for your sake. I have never had any understandings or agreements of any kind with Digitcom or any other company, period, nor have I ever received anything from any company, period. As far as my buys and sells, that is none of anyone's business, since it was all done with my own funds. But since you are so interested in my private life, the most I held was around 11,000 shares, which I bought at prices starting at around $1.50 and all the way up to $8. I held as the price declined, believing that the company was going to do what it said it would do. I finally gave up last September when they failed to file the second time, and sold at a loss, don't remember the exact price but under $2, for a loss of around $35,000. I would remind you there is nothing illegal or improper about buying or selling a stock in the open market. However, there are SEC rules that govern paid promoters and failure to disclose such agreements with the company, especially if you are here posting about the company's bright prospects. I am not a lawyer, and don't really care about your situation, and since you are in Argentina the SEC rules may or may not apply to your accounts. But I think other investors should have known that you have verbal understandings with Digitcom to become a part owner of a future spanish venture, and to possibly generate business for them in Latin America. That may have allowed other investors to read your posts within a different context. But thank you for your disclosure, even if it is a bit late.
Now, Ronaldo, with this post I bid you adios. I have neither the time nor the interest to engage in what has been a meaningless exchange with you, even if it led to that disclosure from you.
In addition, I dislike fascist methods, and am unable to engage in a debate with you when your ammo includes revealing private information on me. I don't know what else you might know about me, my address, my phone number, or what. Again, I realize that you live in Argentina and follow different rules. In this country we value privacy and the freedom to speak out freely. My family and I have received death threats in the past, and I have no desire to become a desaparecido.
Good luck with your investments, and as a future Digticom co-owner and representative in Latin America. Unfortunately, I don't think the exchange we have had has added to investor's perceptions of this company's prospects.
