Shares outstanding ... According to the Annual Report at SEDAR, as of Dec. 31 1998, there were 15,236,500 shares outstanding (with insiders holding approx 7,000,000). I think there have been some options and warrants exercised since Dec. 31 to bring total outstanding to approx 18,000,000. There is also information on the capital structure of the company here ... infowave.com
