grw5, the halt is for the maximum period allowed and very typical. I believe a 15c-211 filing by an mm who will assume liability shall be required. This is the extension hitch which allows these things to sometimes go on... JH, I think the fact that this action has a definite time frame and is not one of those until further notice nightmares makes a big difference in how shareholders should look at the current situation.
