As you know, annual numbers were released today. Loss included past restructuring charges and, I am not sure how to interpret it, an amount of $4 million for a potential loss on investments.

Shareholder equity remains, as you estimated earlier, at a substantially higher value than the stock price. At $34 million, it translate into $1.62 per share. If the company return to profitability (the $4M provision should help), we should see an increase in stock prices from the present level. It could also become a target for a takeover.
