Stockcart.com - I don't know the reliability of their rumors, but today they added that LCOS deal may not go through. As I have stated in the past, the general assumption with individuals associated with TMCS is that the deal does not have the votes and will not make it. There are multiple suiters interested in making a play for TMCS and/or LCOS.
