Vlad, Factor X, we were not supposed to know for our own good. I guess if I started blabbing about settlement of a lawsuit before time, I might get into trouble. Thus, while I appreciate that your rhetorical question is not an admission that settlement of the lawsuit IS factor X, settlement does appear to be a good candidate. DaiS
