You often tease. Are you serious? Duke is dead?

I see parents do the same with children. We live IN the city. One evening at the bus stop, I saw parents with children who let their kids run on the sidewalk. Kids were little more than toddlers. The intersection that they walked towards is very, very busy.

Same with dog owners, they let their dogs run free. My uncle took his dog to park, remove the leash, the dog ran off, and disappeared.
