Dillon did not get a raw deal. he made the mistake of acquiring (or merging) with a weakening competitor at too high a price. This has caused a strategic disruption since it makes Hyperion a threat to Arbor current, prospective and soon to be former partners. It is not clear to me that HYSL can be repaired at this point. Perhaps it can be sold. I am not playing in the stock and haven't for along time. I do not intend to invest unless there is ample evidence that business execution is back on track. I don't play the takeover speculation game. TD
