As of May 3, 1999, approx 1.20 pm; 221,077,035 shares o/s. eom.

Dave/Toastman on Yahoo felt that it was a disservice on the Unauthorized TTRIF Infocenter to merely state the dilution without stating what the money was used for.

I wonder what it is being used for. Kevin Simpson and their crew were to have taken over Thermo Tech this past Saturday. This dilution was to have stopped with the change in power.

On April 27th there were 211,392,035 shares outstanding. It seems puzzling that Peter Van Arnhem claims the money will be used to buy back shares of the company given that so much dilution has taken place to "pay suppliers, purchase assets" when if they waited only a few weeks, they wouldn't have to sell into their depressed market.

Quite curious.
