Jim: Thank you for your note. I phoned the company. No one was immediately available to speak to me. They will send me an investors package. The information I posted is from the latest SEC postings (April 26, 1999 and March 25, 1999), and recent news releases. The company seeks to move from research and development to selling its bill board product commercially in the third quarter. They have a contract to produce two bill boards using their technology. They say that the success of the company is dependent on whether they can commercialize the product, and raise the additional funds which will be necessary for production. The latter suggests further dilution down the road. Others may have more up-to-date information. Any response welcome. Steve
