1. you assign workspaces to hot keys. Build up some or use the supplied examples. Then you can move from one to another with a click.

2. You can do it anywhere not just Excel. This gives you a list of stocks in txt format. You can also import a list of symbols into a Quote page. I do Quotes Plus scans at night which produce a list of symbols, simply import them for next morning.

The flexibility is without limits.
