Probably need more info from you to help.

To use Virtual Hosting, you need to have a different interface for each host... such as two NICs, or a NIC and a Modem, etc.
Check (on the client machine) that you can ping and nslookup your server using the desired hostnames.

For example:
If your virtual server names are fred.mydomain.com and barney.mydomain.com, then you must be able to ping both and nslookup both from the client macine.

On the server (in httpd.conf or srm.conf), make sure your client is covered by the 'BindAddress' directive. Make sure that your interfaces are listed in the 'Listen' directive. And make sure that you have a VirtualHost Section for each servername that is not the actual servername (as given by the 'hostname' command).

Feel free to post your config files, as well as the output of 'ifconfig' on the server, and 'nslookup <vhostname>' on the client.
