I bought a Gateway computer from their local store. I can not recommend the experience to anyone. I had problems with their installed software and they laughed at me. I eventually solved the problems with no help from them. If I hadn't needed the computer at the time to do some work, I would have dropped it on their doorstep and dared them to do something about it. I am still mad about their treatment of me and their total lack of assistance.
