Has SGII done away with their home page? I can't access it. Also, how does one get to own shares directly in OCET like Savoca does?
The only documents I've seen have always stated OCET was a wholly-owned subsidiary of SGII, but the latest 10Q states that Savoca now owns 850,000 shares of OCET and over a million of SGII. Why are such large salaries paid when the stock has declined from $260 to twenty-odd cents?????????? Just four years ago this stock was a split-adjusted $25.60.
