Maybe instead if building and selling/leasing sites, having the Card promoted for sale by volunteers, and developing and expanding the teleservices business we can just go find existing sites to run and manage that will allow TSIG to place their products on. There is always the possibility of just building our own site to serve a demographic or population center.

OOPs, TSIG did all that.

Well, I guess they will just have to get some more of all those just to make the point.
